SCO Now has a website! You probably know that if you are reading this right now! We are currently still in the construction
phase but more information will be up soon. If you would like to learn more about what is going on please join us at the Northeast
Shiba Inu Meetup Group. Details are on the "Becoming a Member" page.
In the Meantime we are currently looking for people who would be interested in becoming Officers and Board Members of
Shiba Club Ohio. They should be able to make a number of Shiba Meetups and events throughout the year. Plus be able to give
a little time for the Shiba Rescue groups in any form possible. Please contact us if you are interested.
We are looking for people to help us help the Ohio Shiba Inu Rescue. You can do this in a number of ways...
- Transportation (People are needed at times to be called upon to go to shelter to pick up a Shiba inu. They then can either
drop them off at the Rescue or they can have them picked up by the rescue)
- Money Donation (to cover vet, shelter, and care of the Shibas)
- Food and Treats
- Toys
- Foster care (Looking after the Shiba until other arrangements can be made)
- Adoption (offer a Shiba a Loving Home)
Every little bit helps! If you can do any of the above please contact us.
You can also volunteer at the Midwest Shiba Inu Rescue. You then need to visit their site at http://www.shibarescue.org where you need to fill out the forms.
We would like to do some fund raisers for both groups. If you have any ideas please let us know.
In order to keep this site ad free and up and running we are looking for members who would be willing to sponsor a month.
Members who sponsor a month of the web will be put in our newsletter with picture so that everyone can see who to thank for
the Month. Sponsorship is as little as 7.00!
Pet supply stores, Vets, and other Shiba Inu friendly vendors who are willing to Sponsor an event please contact us as
well.
